Trying to find the download option to retrieve media we uploaded to proclaim

We uploaded some media to proclaim and thinking we could just download it when we needed it locally we deleted our local copy. I know a software that has a core feature of "Everything on the cloud" has to have a way to pull things back locally but I can not find it for the life of me. How do I get my videos and pictures back to a local copy?

    Hi Matt

There isn't any direct way to pull stuff back - when you incorporate it into a Proclaim presentation it is processed so that in can be used within the program and is often not retrievable in its original format.

You can back up the relevant presentations and then try to retrieve stuff from that file. Screenshots and the like are possibilities. Sometimes the techs at Faithlife can get stuff back for you but it has to be done on a case by case basis.

If you want the stuff back to use in another presentation the 'Reuse Items' option is probably your best bet.

    Hi Matt,

I'm not sure if you've already seen Mike's response but he is correct. We don't currently have a way in the Proclaim app to download content you've uploaded to our servers but I can create a link for you to download with. I'll follow up via email.
