MAJOR Display Bug - L4 in background owns the foreground display region

Has anyone else noticed that with L4 running - if you toggle your display to any other running application - that as you move your mouse around the currently active application that Logos is displaying pop-up windows as though you have L4 in the Foreground??? It's really strange - I have L4 in the background in ESV Interlinear Mode - and I was checking ClamX Console Logs and as I moved my mouse around the Console Log screen - Interlinear Pop-up Windows were being displayed while L4 was running in the background. It even happened while I was trying to insert the screenshot creating this post (see the 2nd pic below). This is really strange.
