Sermon Info Before Upload

I keep trying to search the forum for an answer, but the query keeps returning an error (site is offline). I have this happen every week, but usually forget to check until the following week when I'm uploading...it's not a major issue by any stretch, just a quality of life question really.

When I take the service offline after the day is done, I get the upload prompt, which I begin to edit for this week's service (sermon title, series, preacher, and so on). I seem to only be able to edit this once I go offline. Is there a place I can update this before a service?
