Have you addressed this to the Libronix/Logos 3 forum? Ultimately, Customer Support may be the best place for an answer.

    Jim,

Follow these three steps to download and unlock your new books on your Mac.

    1. To download your new books, visit your My Orders page and click on the order number which corresponds with the books you want to download.
    2. Before you download the books, make sure Libronix/Logos 3 is completely closed. You will want to save the book files to Macintosh
      HD/Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/Resources on the startup
      volume.
    3. After the book files have been downloaded and saved to the correct location, you will want to synchronize your licenses. To do this, open Libronix/Logos 3 and go to Tools >
      Library Management > Synchronize Licenses.
    4. After your licenses have been synchronized, close Libronix/Logos 3 and wait for 30 seconds before you reopen it. Once it is reopened, your new
books should show up in My Library.

If after those steps are complete, you are not able to access the books, let me know and I will look into this more for you.
