Problem ocurred displaying Powerpoint in Proclaim

in Proclaim Forum

Having several problems (crashes/bugs) with Proclaim with only a month of usage. The most critical one being not being able to use Powerpoint in Proclaim.

Transfer control to powerpoint

Move Powerpoint to Pre-Service Loop

Error message pops up as soon as I hit On Air (if it doesnt crash this time)

Any fades and/or animations are not played, only the slide

Sometimes the Pre-Service Loop doesn't even loop and just skips to a random Slide in the Service part

 

The powerpoint contains fades and animations, but this problem occurs no matter which presentation I use.

    Hi Chris,

    Sorry to hear your having issues. You said an error message appears when you go On Air, can you elaborate on what the error message says? If your crashing that indicates something is definitely not functioning normally. I imagine your on a Windows computer. Are you on windows 10? If so do you have any pending updates? Can you also make sure Proclaim is up to date, here is the latest version: http://faithlife.github.io/ProclaimReleaseNotes/3.0/ReleaseNotes.html
