BUG: Clicking on note indicator doesn't open to correct location in note file

when I click on the note indicator (the little boxy thing in the pic below) it opens up the file in which the note is contained to the beginning of the file, not the location in the file where the note is actually located. Hovering over the note indicator gives the proper text, however.
