Indexing twice after downloading a book

After purchasing a book and downloading it I get the icon that says indexing.  I assume that when the icon disappears that indexing is complete.  However even after restarting logos, when I do a search I get that section that says these resources have not been indexed (or something to that effect).  After the second indexing then everything is OK.  This happens on both my home and work computers.

My question: Is logos actually indexing the first time?  If so why is the book not indexed?  This happens every time for me.  Are others experiencing the same thing?

Logos will have indexed the first time and you should be getting search results in that resource. The "New Resources" section with a warning about indexing is normal and no cause for concern. If you think that indexing is happening when you start L4 ie. you see the blue Indexer icon, then I'd like you to enable logging Diagnostic Logging  and upload Uploading Logs your logos4.log and logos4Indexer.log (do this before restarting L4).
