NEW opportunity to give Faithlife feedback re: Accessibility (launched Oct 23, 2020)
(Please note that a forum bug prevents some of the URLs in this post from functioning as valid links that you can click on, but copying and pasting them into your address bar will work.)
Today, October 23, 2020, Faithlife soft-launched a new feedback website: https://feedback.faithlife.com/
Their official announcement of it is here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/195030.aspx
They plan to monitor and update the new site essentially constantly. It's said to be more user-friendly, especially at their end, than the old UserVoice sites, which have now been retired. It allows us to view, submit, comment on, and vote for suggestions. Unlike UserVoice, each person gets only one vote per issue... but there is no limit to how many things each person can vote for.
For now, at least, we can't log in using our Faithlife credentials, so it does require a 'social' log in or creating a new account attached to one's emails
Here are direct links to specific subsections of the new feedback site that (I am guessing) are most likely to be of interest:
Desktop app: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app
Mobile apps: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-mobile-app
Web app: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-web-app
The Logos.com website itself: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-com-website
Book requests: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-book-requests
Personally, I'm still getting used to the new site, but it seems good so far.
