When I click on Docs groups or public V9 crashes. I have restarted and rebooted several times to no avail.

That is happening to me too. I called FL, and they had me do the latest window updates and asked me to call back if it wasn't fixed. I did the updates, but I had a video meeting and I am going to do Morris's webinar in a few minutes so will not be able to call back until after, but it is still crashing after the updates.

We are aware of this crash and are working on a fix.
This has been fixed in 9.0 SR-2.
