Was it Verbum or Verbum International you upgraded to?

Try checking your order history - you can get there by clicking your profile icon at the top right of the screen when accessing Logos.com, then choose the order history option from the dropdown menu
seems to say verbum platinum
hopefully will get worked out i dont have the international version

I have the US version of platinum and encountered this too. I assume it’s because it’s not ready yet?
Correct - Donald posted elsewhere that LOTH is still getting finishing touches.
That‘s understandable. I just wanted to make sure that, if it indicated a problem, FL was informed.
I'll post here when it's shipped or we have a date for shipping Liturgy of the Hours. We're still testing and improving it.
