Questions about Aquinas Opera Omnia resources

Verbum 9 Gold and up included the new edition of Aquinas's Summa Theologiae in the Aquinas Institute Opera Omnia Latin-English series.

1. The title of this resource is confusing at first sight: Summa Theologiae, Volumes 13-22.

  • I recognize that the volumes indicate the volumes in the Opera Omnia series; however, it makes it seem as if only a portion of the Summa is included. Any chance of renaming this?

2. At present, the rest of the available works of the Opera Omnia series are still in pre-pub. The 27 vol package includes the Summa Theologiae (which I now own).

  • Will the pre-pub for the 27 vol package adjusted to reflect ownership of the ST, while maintaining the higher percentage discount compared with ordering the pre-pubs of the sub sets (like Biblical Commentaries) individually?

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for the feedback,

    1) I've started the process to make sure I don't break anything by fixing it; but I agree that it is easily misunderstood.

    2) The answer I got back was that yes, when the pre-pub ships, it should apply dynamic pricing for the components you already own.

    Hope that helps.

Yes, thank you TL. This is most helpful.

(And here's rooting for quick turnaround on the Biblical Commentaries!)

I'd like to note that the Pre-Pub is not showing Dynamic Pricing for those of us who already have this edition of the Summa, even though PDPs are capable of being configured to handle this. The present incorrect price is unfortunate in that it will likely cost/likely is costing some pre-orders.
