Yes, I am stretching the definition of Orthodox (implied Eastern) here with a Coptic resource - a contemporary American Coptic resource. But this does a good job of filling a major hole of commentaries by tradition.
The Orthodox Christian Bible Commentary series is derived from sermons by Bishop Youssef.
