I am having issues akin to Re: Could not open offline resource.
After downloading resources, I can't open them offline.
I uninstalled and reinstalled both the program and the resource. It's been awhile too that I've waited.
Here is my recent history that led up to the problems step bytep:
Again, I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it all.
That makes three times I’ve had to download all my resources onto my phone.
It worked for a brief time and now once more I get the same error messages.
So:
- I got a new phone.
- I installed Logos from the Google Play Store using both the same Google account and the Logos account I used on my old phone.
- I downloaded resources to use when I am offline.
- I can’t open them after a few hours from installation. Actually, the app doesn't work at all as nothing will open.
- I then made sure phone software is up to date.
- I also made sure Logos app is updated.
- I rebooted my phone.
- I waited over night to see if they would sync.
- I sent CS my phone logs.
- I gave CS screen shots.
- I then uninstalled Logos.
- I reinstalled Logos.
- Again, the same thing happened.
- I removed my old phone from my Logos account via my PC online at Logos' website.
- I repeated steps 5-8 only to see 13 again.
- I cannot use Logos Bible Software on my new phone. None of the resources will open whether they are on the device or not.
- I await assistance.
My phone is the Samsung M21 with 6 GB (3.9 used) RAM and 128 GB (32.5 GB) storage. (Logos 2.36 GB).
I'm completely up to date running One UI Core Version 2.5 and Android 10.
I'm running Logos Mobile Android Version 9.0.2.
It no longer will download any further resources.
