Hello I'm running Verbum 8.15.0.0004 on Windows 10 Home Version 2004, OS Build 19041.630 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.310. I have 47 GB free on my hard drive. I have 8 GB RAM and I am running an Intel I5 CPU.

I was getting this error message, which is announced in a pop up:

"The installation of Verbum did not succeed"

Since I had this error message and I could not get rid of it - at the time Verbum had a setting "repair program" and it was not successful in eliminating the message and updates were stalling.

So I reinstalled. I am still getting this error.

In the UPPER right of Verbum there is an information notification, it says "installation application update" - but this seems to be stalled and is possibly the reason for the error message.

I think it's related to the problem I have opening ESV-CE.

When I try to open that book - which I purchased recently - I get the message - "You do not have the license to open that book." LLS:ESVCATHOLIC

How do I get a license? Don't I get that automatically after I purchase a book?

Can anyone be of help?

Regards,

David

    Hi David,

I am sorry you are experiencing problems. One idea that comes to mind is to make sure you are logged in under your user email in Verbum.

if that doesn't work, post back and maybe there may be others we suggestions.

    David,

You definitely own a license for the ESV-CE. As I posted in the other thread, please give us a call so we can figure out what's going on: 800-875-6467
