Verbum 9 and Verbum iOS syncing incompatibility

I presume that iOS updated to 9 about two weeks ago as that is when automatic syncing stopped and now has to be done manually. This means I can no longer read texts across devices knowing that the text will open, i.e., on the iPad where I left off on the computer, because it will not. The only solution I can find is to add a Note to act as a marker and then a manual sync from the iPad. No improvement when I upgraded to Verbum 9 two days ago.

Verbum 9 defaults to dark mode on installation which was fine until I found that personal  notes added to highlighted notes were not visible on the iPad. It took two days to resolve by reverting to light mode on the computer and manually changing the colour of text I had added using Verbum 9 (fortunately not much) from white to black. No more dark mode, sadly.

Personally, I have never had a problem syncing. Mine is Desktop PC and an iPad Mini 3.

    David,

I am sorry to to hear that you are having this problem.  We would like to investigate this further.

If you have not already done so, please send your logs from your iPad:

    1. Open the Verbum app.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Press "Report a Problem"
    5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press "Send" to send your report.

Thank you for the reply, Joe. I need to do something that needs syncing between devices first to make sure I still have a problem.
