BUG: Base Package Product Pages Lack Resource Counts/Details

Has anyone else noticed that Logos 9 & Verbum 9 base package product pages have lost the resource counts and details? If you're signed in, at the 'Hi, Robert' section it just says "...includes library resources...". If you're incognito, it has "Bible and theology resources". At the bottom, it goes from Resource Highlights to System Requirements, with no Library Resource section.

This happened today, as I saw the complete information on Verbum Academic Premium this afternoon, bought it, and later needed to remind myself of the '*' items I will get, but are not yet shipping.

I was just getting ready to compare a few packages I am interested in and ran into the same problem.

Hope they get it fixed soon.

Yes. Those counts are filled in (in the background) which typically only takes a few seconds after the page loads.

Unfortunately, it's currently taking a long time to get the counts (and list of resources).

This bug (also reported here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/196469.aspx ) prevents FL selling base packages, since we can't see what is included - I wonder it has seen no reaction so far.

As far as I can tell, no one at FL monitors this specific forum (or the relevant board at feedback.faithlife.com). If anyone monitors the email address FL set up for product-page related feedback/bugs/errors (because they weren't monitoring the thread created at their own suggestion for submitting such feedback), then they don't respond to submitted feedback and they don't act on it quickly, either, unless something has changed recently.

The only bug thread in this forum that I've seen anyone from FL respond to in awhile was titled in an ambiguous way, such that it wasn't clear from the title whether that thread was website-related or not.
