SUGGESTION: Add additional Label to Concordance Guide

The Concordance Guide fails to show the Bible Outline Label as an option for a Bible reference. The Concordance Guide requires a Bible Reference as input. If would be very helpful if is not only showed labels that are attached directly to the text but also showed Labels that are related through a WHERE clause (usually by reference). For example: {Label Bible Outline WHERE Reference ~ <Bible nnnn>}
