Passage Guide - Series tab

In Logos 9 Passage Guide, there is a Series tab. It has various commentaries arranged in series. I have just downloaded the ESV Evangelical Commentary which consists of five volumes. How do I add that as a series to the ones in the Series list that seem to have been created automatically?

Select them in Library and click on the Information i icon. Scroll down until you see a heading Series, and click Set series for all to give them a Series name. I suspect you have the ESV Expository Commentary series, so be sure you use the correct name.

It isn't something I have ever found a use for.

No it isn't

But it does enable easy navigation from one resource to another.

If, for example, you are in a commentary on John that is in a series, entering a reference in Romans will move to the corresponding commentary in the same series (assuming there is one)

you can prioritize an entire series.

I wasn't sure which he was asking and figured there is nothing wrong with multiple right answers.
