I would like to thank Faithlife for all the job you have done in getting my pearl. I always enjoy it. What makes what it precious is the Word of God with which one cannot live only by food apart of it.
I agree, Tes. Every now and then I have to stop in breathless wonder at the pearl Logos is.
[Y]
Absolutely! [Y]
Yes, and Amen!
I really appreciate how positive you are Tes. [Y]
Well, it’s certainly of “great price” 😜
more seriously, it’s probably my most important software

Well said, David!
I agree with Logos being a Pearl. I am finding I depend on it more and more.
I am thankful I have Logos. It is a great work that is of benefit to many!
My wife refers to it as my "other wife" It is a treasure.....(I have sunk a treasure in it, worthwhile I believe)
My wife refers to it as my "other wife"
In the Bahamas we use the term "sweetheart". Don't cheat on your wife with Logos. [:)]
I fully agree.[Y]

I join you in giving thanks for Logos Bible Software, Tes. And there were times in the last 25 years when I did have to sell some possessions to buy Logos books.
I did have to sell some possessions to buy Logos books.
Matthew 13:46
Indeed. I use if for 4 or 5 hours almost every day and love it.
I did have to sell some possessions to buy Logos books. Matthew 13:46 46 who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it.
46 who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it.
I was so much touched by Mike's comment. It is good to have logos as precious pearl.
I knew I couldn't be the first to remark on that pun. I've said for decades that I am effectively married to Logos...for richer or poorer...and it's made me both.
mm.
I use such a hodge podge of software, but when it comes to writing an academic paper, none of my other resources is sufficient for that task.
I have repurchased books I already own, just to have them in logos.
Intentions are good, but I see Logos as a treasure chest that contains the pearl of great price, not as the pearl itself. I can study the pearl with Logos magnifying glass 🔍 but the actual pearl is the Word not the software. A ha! You wish you would’ve thought about it in this way, eh? eh? 👍😁👌

[Y] The pearl is priceless... but the treasure chest can be pricey [8-)]

You can say that again!
but the actual pearl is the Word not the software
Yes Exactly that's what I mean DAL.The software is a means to that.

I think we all assumed that. [;)]. But Logos/Verbum is certainly better than paging through numerous tomes in a library to do our research [:)]
