Migrating Wordsearch 12 to Logos 8
I wonder if anyone has come across this problem - have downloaded and installed Logos 8 on my windows 10 laptop - program opens and all goes well until I am asked to download my library which was migrated from Wordsearch - program then locks up
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Does it lock up immediately or during the download process?
How much free disk space do you have?

Mark --- Do you have a "Chrome" laptop?
Some chrome laptops are not "friendly" with Logos.

Hi Graham- thanks for coming back to me - no it just freezes at the download page - download doesn't begin - i am running a late model Dell notebook with windows 10 and using chrome as browser

If not, please enable diagnostic logging and post logs in a reply to this thread (using the paperclip icon in the forum editor) after a failed download attempt.
