Error when loading image in proclaim

I receive an error message when trying to upload an image in Proclaim I have not had this issue in the past.

    Greetings Brad and welcome to the forums.

    Please let us know which OS you are using and confirm the version of Proclaim that you are running.

    Then post a screenshot of the error message.

    I am sure somebody will be able to give some advice.

    On a mac Cmd+Shift+5 is the way to get a screenshot and one uses the paper clip in the tool bar above to attach the results.
