Proclaim Will not Open

Attaching proclaim crash file.

For the last couple of weeks proclaim has not allowed me to open it. Continually crashes upon opening. I have redownloaded it and even attempted to go to a previous version with no success. Rebooted computer and still no success. 

Any help?
