Missing end notes: The Guide to Answering Islam
The end notes in this book are largely missing (see attached screenshot). It would be good if this error could be fixed rather sooner than later, as I'm currently using this book as a required textbook at seminary, and not having the sources for all the quotes from hadith, tafsir, sira etc. is somewhat unhelpful...
