Thanks for note name editing - Is note deleting around the corner?

Cameron, thanks for activating note naming!  Way to go guys.  When I added notes to an old note file I had some screen refresh issues that acted weird and things were scrunched together.  After I opened and closed the old notes, things were normal.  At first glance, it appeared the old note file had a few issues.  I made a new note file and I didn't have any refresh issues.

The next hurdle will be allowing us to delete a note once we make it.  I look forward to seeing it around the corner.

Keep up the good work!

Kurt

I tried opening a big note file I use on Logos 4 for Windows.  I began it in Logos 3 for Windows.  It ground Logos 4 for Mac to a complete for about 10 minutes.  After that, it tried catching up on my keystrokes.  I tried adding some notes and it is VERY slow.

Thought you might want to know what happens when Logos 4 mac hits a big note file created under your Windows system.

Performance issues with giant notes at this stage don't surprise me. But please be careful. I'll keep banging this drum, please take it easy on old, major notes with these early iterations of this feature. We're in an alpha development stage, which means there are still bugs. We've worked hard to minimize the consequences of any bugs, but there is still a risk that data would be affected, so be cautious when testing.
