I have not had this issue. A couple of things before we try more triage and troubleshooting:
1. Restart your device to see if that fixes the issue.
2. Do your notes/highlights appear on the web app at app.logos.com

I tried what you said, and neither worked. I found about twenty of my notes, that I made back in January, but the rest are totally missing. The same for my Bible highlights. Thanks for you help.

Ok, does anything show up in your Notes Trash?
I checked and no. I had study in the morning, and made a few notes, and when the new update of Logos install, I had to restart logos, and when I did, everything disappeared.

Do you mean that the notes and highlights are not shown in the Notes Tool or that they are not visible in your resources?
They are no where to be found. I spend the last two months putting copying my notes from WS to Logos, and now I have to start over again. I never had this problem using WS.
