Some hyperlinks NOT working in the created Logos PB, but DO work in the original docx file
This has happened on multiple personal books that I have created, mainly with footnotes in the original text. They work just fine in the docx file when opened in Microsoft Word. They also work fine when the docx file is converted to mobi, epub, or pdf and opened in a reader for each format.
However, once the docx file is imported into Logos, some of the milestones do not work. Usually the scripture references and table of content items work, but the footnotes do not.
One case in point where this has happened gives multiple warnings such as:
[Warning] Unknown class name 'D1_Para'
[Warning] Unknown class name '57'
Does anyone know why this is happening? Are the "Unknown class name" warnings the problem? If so, how can they be fixed?
I cannot find any information on this in Logos help, Logos wiki, or in the forums. [It's possible I missed something or did not enter the search phrase that gets me to the information.]
Thanks so much for any help or places to go for assistance on this.

Word has several different ways to include references, some of them work in Logos, some don't. I need to check it out again to give more details.

Have not received any update other than what is posted on this thread, nor have I figured out what is going on. Detailed information on creating PBBs seems to be almost non-existent regarding trouble-shooting. At least I have not been able to find any.

It does seem that most of the PB support comes from users and not Logos...just look at wiki...

Anyone got to figure this out by now? I really can't fix this, and I'm not sure why. I tried both the newer version of docx file and the "preserve for older version"...but with no change.

Not sure if I'm imagining things...but my TOC and footnotes links didn't work, but after recreating the TOC the footnotes work as well. I'll try this again in another doc to confirm.
