i have subscribed to the monthly premium package, after the free trial, both now and during the free trial i can only access 3 bible versions, and its frustrating me just a little more that i like lol
When you say you've subscribed to "the monthly premium package," do you mean Faithlife Connect Premier? What device are you trying to access your library on? When did you subscribe? Just now, hours ago, days ago? If PC or Mac, has it had time to download and index everything necessary? A little more detail could help us figure out what's going on.
You should have 6 Bibles it seems. How many resources are you showing in your library total when you click on the library button?
hi, yes it was to the faith-life connect premier, im accessing on a pc, subscribed yesterday, and it seems to have done all the updating i think, and it says its indexed, i type in niv, and it tells me i dont have a license for this resource, and says i can buy if for 13 dollars.

Any resource acquired from a subscription is temporary. The $13 is to purchase to own.

Therefore, it is correct in telling you that you do not have a license and would need to purchase a license to access the NIV.
