Warm up Slide not automatically advancing
Good Morning,
We have been having an issue for the past few weeks with the warm-up countdown video not automatically progressing to the first slide of our service order.
Is this a known issue? Or am I uniquely affected by it?

Hi Josh,
If your slide is in the warm up section by default it should transition to the first slide of your service. Can you verify that your slide is in the warm up sections: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007127612-Order-of-Service-Overview
It may also help to make sure you updated to the latest version of Proclaim 3.1.0.0056

yes. It had been working up til about 3 weeks ago.

It's in the warm-up section. It doesn't start on time or transition automatically either.
Just verified that proclaim is up to date too.
