Perhaps the folks at Logos think that their software is special enough at this point that they no longer need to honor or seek to honor these sale prices.
I can't tell you how many books I have found on sale somewhere else and not marked down in Logos.
I think that things may be changing. If so that is fine.
It is their right to charge what they want for their books.
If this is going to be how they do business I just want to know up front so that I don't waste my time looking for a price match or asking about one and then hearing crickets.
I love Logos. It is a great tool! I am not trying to speak bad of them in any way. They have the right to charge whatever they want for their products and services.

At the end of the page on gospelebooks.net above, I saw this:
>> Gospel eBooks is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program...
So, my question: is this sales meant for all platforms (Logos, OliveTree...), or just for Amazon?
Thanks.

I think the short answer is that only Faithlife eBooks participate in these types of sales, as they are essentially eBooks whereas Logos volumes have been created with added value.
However, publishers don't always seem to advise Faithlife of their ebook sales. Some are better than others. I always find it's worth posting a missing sale here and/or direct messaging someone at Faithlife eBooks to let them know about missing sales. 50% of the time they get a favourable response from the publisher, although if it's a flash sale sometimes time is against them.

Here are a few tips:
- If the book in question is a FLEB title, there is a chance. If it is a Logos edition, it likely isn't worth your time.
- If the book is a FLEB title, check SEVERAL other stores. Just because ONE store has it on discount doesn't mean that the publisher is having a sale.
- If several stores have it on sale, then feel free to post... but remember that FL doesn't consider the forums a primary way to communicate.
- If an employee sees the post in time and is able to verify with the publisher, great!
- If you REALLY want the book and the price is too good, pull the trigger elsewhere. I have stopped doing that in nearly all cases because of the advantages to me to have the book in my Logos library.

I can understand your frustration, but for clarification: Not all publisher sales are offered to FLEB. Also, FLEB is a "hobby" business for FL... it isn't a highly profitable one. The team is small.

We're working on it! Currently waiting on the publisher's response. Thanks for your patience!

I like how you assumed for us.
So you know how FL's accountants' books? After charging Logos Connect $100+ with nothing in it and no progress you're saying they're not making money off us easily? I see the fangirl-ing in you, but man.... c'mon...

It's not an assumption. At worst, it might be a little out of date.
