Getting Proclaim to work with Scarlett Solo 3rd Generation on Windows

Hi all, I've been pulling my hair out over this one for a while and have decided to prioritise this problem this week.

Our church computer is an older Windows 10 laptop. We have a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd generation USB audio interface that works fine with other recording software (tested on: Audacity, OBS).

However, when it comes to recording in Proclaim it just doesn't play ball. Proclaim recognises it as an input in Audio settings, but doesn't seem to receive any sound from it at all.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, I've tested the Solo on Proclaim on other computers (works fine!), I've run Proclaim as an administrator. None of these solutions work.

Help me, hivemind!

Hi Vaughn, this sounds super frustrating.

Have you tried both inputs on the Scarlett Solo? We've noticed that sometimes Proclaim can only recognize the input from one channel on interfaces like this one. This is a Windows-only issue, so if your other computer is a Mac you wouldn't see it there.
