You can do that here: http://faithlife.github.io/ProclaimReleaseNotes/

Alternatively, in Proclaim if you go to Help >> About Proclaim below where you can check for Proclaim updates/download there is a hyper link to release notes

Sean, could you see if FL could add a link to the release notes on the Support Page for Proclaim. It's really hard to find the update page outside of Proclaim.
