Nothing in my library has downloaded

Hello Everyone!
I have had Logos4 running for the past two months and it has yet to download any of my resources. I have a fully functioning platform and the weekly updates come regularly. For instance, it has automatically updated me from Beta version 18 to the current iteration. Although I can access my resources via the IPhone app, I have none of my resources available on my machine.
I am attaching my most current log to see if anyone can help!
Thank you very much.

John,
Do you have any files in /Users/johnkoch/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/vumys1xs.jmn/ResourceManager/Resources?
I don't see anything amiss in the logs you've provided.

Hey Tom,
Thanks for taking the time to help me out!
There is nothing in that folder. Could this be the problem?
Thanks again!
Fondly,
John

It's more likely a symptom of the real problem.
If you open Program Settings (Cmd+, or Logos Bible Software 4 > Preferences) is "Use Internet" set to Yes and "Automatically download updates set to Yes"?
If those are not set, set them and then try entering "Update now" in the command bar, and selecting "Update now" from the list.
To see if anything is happening after you do that, you can open your Indexer.log in Console.
If you don't see the indexer icon in the menu bar and you still don't have any resources, send us your logs again.
Hope this helps,
Tom

Noticed curious update manager message line:
7/17/10 6:26:22 PM [0x0-0x31031].com.logos.Logos_Bible_Software_4[244] 07/17/2010 18:26:22 | INFO | 9 | UpdateManager | Requesting all resource files newer than ''.
Surprised date missing - expected line like:
18-7-10 18 Jul 10 @ 7:59:43 PM [0x0-0x31031].com.logos.Logos_Bible_Software_4[477] 07/18/2010 19:59:43 | INFO | 7 | UpdateManager | Requesting all resource files newer than '2010-06-29T19:18:15.5630000'.
Likewise noticed couple Users in console messages - also remember needing to delete /private/tmp/test file many weeks ago on multi-user iMac.
Keep Smiling [:)]
