We started the trial on 14/4 today is 23/4 the 9th day of our trial. we have a service on Sunday I tried to login and sort out the slide but it says the trial expired?

    I would contact Customer Services - details at https://www.logos.com/contact 

    They should be able to look into this and get it resolved.

    But have you checked you are using an account that is registered in the Proclaim presentation group?

    It appears you recently purchased a proclaim subscription. A purchase will add time automatically giving you an effective renewal date of June 13th 2021 taking into account the time remaining on your free trial set up on April 14th 2021.
