Remember that the forums are peer-to-peer with Faithlife participating intermittently. I'd go the telephone service route.
I have..no success! But if Logos is always wanting people to post crash reports, then they need to read the post..only they can change!

Well, I'm not a sentence person, but I was just curious. I carefully followed the crash steps. And crashed it. Just playing around, it looks like it crashes on the edges of the writable bounds, as if not correctly calculated. I know the Mac version has a similar issue on the main page and the library info panel ... I learned how to get that to work.
