No Audio for Video Files

We are running Proclaim and Studio 6 are running on the same Mac Mini.  Proclaim output is going to our sanctuary TV screens and is also fed into Studio 6 via NDI for use in our livestream output to YouTube.  When we play a video file (mp4) from Proclaim the audio portion is not making it into Studio 6.  We can hear it playing on the computer speakers, but the audio is not getting into either our livestream upload or the TV speakers.  We have checked the option to use the video soundtrack and have checked the volume setting in Proclaim.

Our main audio input to Studio 6 is from our sound board (for sanctuary microphones and music) and want to set the NDI input as a second audio input.  However, Studio 6 shows that it can find no incoming audio track from NDI.

Proclaim version is 3.1.0.0063 and Studio 6 is 6.8.20, and the latest Mac OS update.

I saw some other posts that had similar problems, but I never saw any solutions to this problem.

Please help.

    Hi David,

Currently we don't support audio over NDI on Mac. I am unfamiliar with Studio 6, but it sounds like you need to use the system audio player as your sound source for the second audio input.
