is there a way , when copying a selection of text from commentary, where there are bible verse references listed example: (Col 4:2) the whole bible verse be copied with it?
Not directly. But you could also open up the PowerLookup tool, which will show you the entire text of the verses mentioned in the text, and click the Power Lookup tool's Copy button to copy those verses. (There seems to be a crashing bug in Copy Power Lookup at the moment, at least in 4.1 Beta 1, so you might have to wait until this is fixed if you're using the beta version right now.)

In the current beta greater exporting is supported. It would be great to have a checkbox for "include verse text as footnote."
Maybe suggest that in the beta forum, now that they've decided once again to let us make specific beta feature enhancement suggestions there instead of pushing them all to UserVoice.
