PNG Foreground Images Not Showing

Hello! We've run into a seemingly new glitch with Proclaim. To understand the glitch, know that for our Sermon Slides we utilize a transparent PNG file as the foreground on a Content item, and then have video files as the background. We have one person create the Proclaim Presentation on one computer and then the Presentation computer then pulls that Presentation from the cloud for Sunday. This process has served us well since 2016.

However, this past Sunday, we had a strange thing happen: the Sermon Slides would not show the foreground imagery in the preview pane nor the Presentation screen when going On Air. Note that the foregrounds DID show up in the thumbnails on the left. And, furthermore, in the area immediately below the content window (which says "type text here") the PNG file was indeed listed by its filename.

Re-synching the file had no effect. Our only solution was to use the "Choose Image" button and replace the PNG's on all the Sermon slides.
