Question about copyright for personal book (to upload to wiki.logos)

Today I purchased the Summa Theologica for future study. I was thinking about a perfect aid to assist me when I study it because all I have heard about it is how heavy it is. In print, I have Walter Farrell's 4 vol. "A Companion to the Summa." But right now all my physical books are in storage. When researching the book, I came across what looks like an official Catholic website that has indexed and offered this volume for free to the public, and it mentions that it is in the public domain. I do not think the original publishers of this book are still around, and it was first published in 1938. I would love to make this a persona book to use side by side with the Summa, and, Logos does not presently offer it for purchase. Any help would be appreciated. The link to the site is:

I know I could make this for myself, but would also love the opportunity to share it with the rest of the community.

Update: I have contacted them directly, and have left a message, now awaiting response. I am going to go ahead and build this, because the text is already perfectly formatted, and if there is an issue, I will not upload for community sharing. God Bless.

Just note that when you build the PB, the Upload button does not make the book available to the Faithlife community. It is for your convenience only, and ensures that the PB is automatically downloaded to your installations when updated (or is available to download when you install Logos).

If it is in the Public Domain, you can upload the source docx file to the Files forum.
