Synced Presentation not on other pc

I created a proclaim presentation on my home pc, saved it and synced it under my admin account for our church. I expected to be able to open this from my synced documents folder in proclaim on our church computer, but only  ones created under another users account from our church  showed up. That's the main account we use.  Do I need to do something to make it so my presentation is viewable by other users from our church?
I was able to import the presentation to the church pc with a flash drive. Just wondering if there is a better way to do this?

Greetings Gail and welcome to the forums.

I think, from reading your email, that you have come up against the multi-account problem.

When you create a presentation it is important the you use the same 'presentation team'Screenshot 2021-06-03 At 16.11.35
as those who wish to sync with.

OK that makes sense evidently I am the only member of this team and I will either need to add other users to this team or have them add me to theirs.
    Thanks!
I have another questions my presentation has videos in it, when I go to view it on the web in the documents  the videos show as pictures, just the first frame. Will the videos show up once I am able to open it in proclaim on the church pc?

    Hi Gail

Here is a screenshot (a picture, I hope is worth a thousand words) of one of my presentations. Not a service by the way.

As you can see the video does not show in the edit screens although it will play if you click on play.

There are trim buttons below the preview so that you can alter the length of the video and off screen there is often a volume control that is set to mute if the video is used as a background. Watch this as it can catch you out.

    Does this help?
