Did the Greek Discourse Datasets replace the ESV High Definition NT? If so, does that mean I can turn any translation, not just the ESV, into a "HighDef" NT? I have both, I just wanted to know if there was any difference.

Yes ... but not just 'any' translation. Needs to be d-tagged, typically RIs.
That said, I still use my 'High Definition' for low-definition use. The discourse datasets were updated with more tagging, and selective on/off (the HDs weren't). But the High Definition formatting is easier to follow, and has more consistent popups.
