Notes are Sluggish.

I just got a new XPS 13 9300 with the 11 gen intel i7. I've read reports about Logos not doing so well on it and disabled hardware acceleration manually. This hasn't helped at all though. Notes are still sluggish. By this I mean that there is some lag between my keystroke and the letter (maybe .1 seconds). It's not enough to make it unusable, it's just annoying. 9.4 did not fix this problem. I just wanted to report it somehow, since there I cannot find a "send feedback" reporting tool like on Android. Any suggestions would be helpful.
