Depending upon where you live, you may or may not be aware that FL employees are experiencing record-breaking heat ... not just breaking daily or monthly records but often breaking highest ever reported. When the Pacific Northwest is hotter than Dubai and temperatures are up to 35 degrees above the average for the day, you are in territory that people are not prepared for - in our clothing, our housing, even our cars. So please cut some slack for slow responses and irritable behavior. Everywhere has it's own kind of misery - currently ours is heat.
