Recent Readings Lists do not update on the home page, feature section

I am searched for an hour on how to use reading lists and this is very confusing simply because after editing a dozen or so readings lists and even reading a few articles, the "Recent Reading Lists" on my home page still lists items that I have no idea where they came from, I have no idea how to update them and I do not want to read them.

So, how is the "Recent Reading Lists" feature on the top bar get updated to reflect something, anything to do with reality?

Recent Reading Lists come from topics.logos.com - there is a wiki there which is the source of the Reading Lists. "Recent" means that the wiki has recently been updated for them. The forum wiki has an incomplete article on updating and using the reading list - all that is missing is creating a reading list on a new topic so it probably has everything you need. I don't see any recent editing that appears to be yours. What do you mean by:
