Problem with Word List automatically combining various terms

When I generate a word list, words with similar spellings that should be listed separately are grouped together.
For example, for the Lemma ὅτι, the card, count and gloss columns combine ὅτι and ἔτι. There are several such combinations in the image below.

How do I fix this?

I may be wrong, but I believe that the cards are built on the lemma level not at the derived form (conjugation, declension, ...) level. As such, I see what I would expect - a card corresponding to the dictionary entry
