Problem with Word List automatically combining various terms

I may be wrong, but I believe that the cards are built on the lemma level not at the derived form (conjugation, declension, ...) level. As such, I see what I would expect - a card corresponding to the dictionary entry

Except that, for example, ὅτι and ἔτι are two completely different words and should not be listed together.
I have also seen public word lists made by others that do not have these combinations, so I know it is possible.

What Bible version and passage are you generating it from?

Version: I have tried both ESV and NA28
Passage: Entire NT and Philippians
(the screenshot above is NA28, entire NT)

I cannot reproduce this in 9.6 SR-2. Have tried ESV, NA28 as you did.
