Birthday Coupon 2021 Came in a Logos German Email

Hello everyone,

I received my "Birthday Coupon" for the year. However, strangely it was presented through the German email because I subscribed to the German Logos Group. (My wife is German, we lived in Germany for five years and I speak German). I never received it this way before. Also, I have not seen an email from Faithlife about the Birthday Coupon.

I went ahead and used it for a German resource; I'm grateful that Faithlife provided it. However, I wished the coupon would have been a general coupon that could have been used in any way I chose.

I have received mine for the last two or three years from the German store. I don't know why. But we are free to spend the code on resources in any language.

Perhaps customer service can help you an exchange for the resource(s) you actually wanted. I'd at least email them and ask.

Adding to Kiyah's advice. If your purchase is still in the 30 day window you can easily return the item and exchange it for a new item through the sales department.
