Study bible maps

I have been trying to get lots of teachers signed up for faithlife study bible (via bible.faithlife.com).
When some of them click on the maps in the study bible, the window that opens tells them they do not have permission to view this resource.
Any ideas?

Hi Damian:
Maybe the ones having permissions issues need to 'buy' one of the Basic packages.

Thanks Robert, one of them does have the basic package.
I can't work out why some do and some don't. I even set up a dummy account with bible.faithlife.com and I get the maps so I don't know why others don't.
