Dynamic price problem

So this morning I got an email There's less than 12 hours left to save! I took a look at it but the Dynamic price is higher than the value if sold separately. How is that a sale? I already own 19/24 of these resources, and the remaining five would cost $84.75 if purchased separately or get them all together for $106.40.

    If it is the same email that I received, the offer is only available through telephone orders (2nd paragraph), therefore the discount will not be showing on the web.
