Ordered a Hardcover Book. No Confirmation Email.
I recently ordered a hard copy of Schwandt’s Biblical Greek textbook. However I didn’t get a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase. I’m wondering if Lexham actually received my order or not. My purchase is on my previous purchases list on the Lexham site. I just don’t know if I’ll actually be sent a copy of the book because there was no confirmation email with shipping information.
I did notice the 2-3 week shipping delay banner on the site. Wondering if this has anything to do with not receiving a confirmation email? Maybe I’ll get one once the product ships?
anyway. Just thought I’d see if anyone else had the same experience or if Lexham had any feedback on this. Thanks!
