I don't get why Christian publishing houses don't automatically think to include Faithlife eBooks in their e-book sales. I'm sure they make a better margin than they would with Amazon. I'd never buy this book in Kindle because it's not a must buy for me. But I'd certainly buy at $2.99 at Faithlife. So lost sale too for the publisher.

As per an earlier comment, I wouldn't have bought any of these in Kindle. Hopefully Christian publishers will see the wisdom of extending sales to Faithlife.
